After you have used the apparel for the rental period, allow the apparel to dry and then place it in the prepaid shipping bag that we provide. The return shipment must be postmarked on or before the last day of your rental period or late fees will be incurred.
If for some reason you won’t be able to return your gear on time, don't hesitate to give us a call at (800) 869-1797 or email Rent@Zent.com. We'll provide assistance with extenuating circumstances. We know - life happens!

Give us a call at 800 869-1797 or email Rent@Zent.com and we'll email you another return label. Your hotel or resort should have boxes handy for you to pack your gear into.
