What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via UPS Ground, anywhere within the Lower 48, from San Francisco, CA. Shipping times are 2-5 business days depending on your location. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO Box.
How can I make sure that it will arrive on time?
Set your first rental day to be the first day you plan to use your apparel. We will deliver your rental at least 1 day before your start date.
Will there be a surcharge if the gear arrives early?
No. We will ship so that your order arrives before your first day of use. If it arrives much sooner, that's on us.
Why can't I pick a certain date?
Reservations should be made a minimum of 3 days in advance. If you don’t quite have enough lead time, give us a call at 800 869-1797 or email Rent@Zent.com. Order cutoff time is 3pm Pacific Time.
Can you ship the gear to my hotel/resort?
Yes. Just list the hotel/resort address as your shipping address. Make sure the name you enter matches your hotel/resort reservation. It’s also helpful to give the hotel/resort a heads up as the gear may arrive before you do.
Should I have the gear shipped to my home or destination?
That's entirely up to you. By shipping it to your home, you can try everything on and see how awesome you look. Receiving your gear at your destination leaves more room in your suitcase for souvenirs. Either way, you’ll get your gear on time!
